Your family's memories are nobody else's business.
Privacy is not a setting in Grafiora. It is how the app is built: a family only its members can see, storage no link reaches for long, and nothing that watches what you do. This page says how, in plain words. The privacy policy says the same with the law's precision.
Your family decides who sees it
A family is created by one person, who invites the others by phone number. An invitation works only for the person who signs in with that number, and only for seven days. Owners can revoke it, and can remove a member later. Every member sees everything the family holds, and no one else sees anything.
No feed, no likes, no strangers
Grafiora has no public profiles, no discovery and no search across families. There is nothing to follow and no one to follow you. A family's memories are visible only to the members that family invited.
Private storage, short-lived links
Photos, videos and books are kept in a private store in the European Union, never at a public address. The app asks for a link when it needs to show a photo, and that link expires fifteen minutes later. Every request for a family's memories is checked against the caller's membership of that family.
No ads, no tracking
No advertising, no advertising identifiers, and no analytics or tracking software in the app. This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from a third party. Grafiora never uses your phone's location: a place enters a memory only when a photo file already carries it.
Your memories are not a training set
We do not use your photos, videos or stories to train any model, and never will without asking you first. We do not sell personal data, do not share it for advertising, and do not build profiles of you or your family.
Mistakes are recoverable
A deleted memory waits in Recently deleted for thirty days, where the person who added it or a family owner can bring it back. After thirty days it and its files are erased for good.
Your account can be deleted at any time. Delete your account says how to ask and exactly what that erases.
