Grafiora
The story

Built around a life, not a camera roll.

A camera roll remembers when a photo was taken. A family remembers who was there, what they said, and why it mattered. Grafiora keeps both, in the order they happened, for the people who were there.

Capture

Keep the moment, and the part only you know.

A memory in Grafiora is a photo or a video with its day, a title if you want one, the story in your own words, who was there, and a milestone when it was one. Add it from your library or take it right there.

Saving never waits for the connection. The memory is kept on your phone the moment you tap Save and sent when the app can reach the server, even if you close it in between.

Your memories, in your language. Preserve family stories in the language they were lived and told.

Organize

Around the people, not the files.

A family in Grafiora is its people: the children, the parents, the grandparents, a friend who is always there. Each memory belongs to the people in it, so the same afternoon appears in a daughter's story and in her grandmother's.

Only the members a family invited can see it. There is no public part of Grafiora, no feed, and nothing to discover.

Timeline

A life, in order.

Every memory sits on the day it happened. A child's timeline reads in chapters by age, each memory dated with how old they were, so first steps come before the first day of school without anyone sorting anything.

Milestones stand out along the way, and a photo brings its own context with it: when it was taken, and where, if the file recorded it.

Rediscover

What happened on this day.

Grafiora brings back what happened on this day in earlier years, so the memories a family keeps come back to it on their own, at breakfast, on a birthday, on an ordinary Tuesday.

A timeline is made to be walked back through: a year, an age, a season at a time.

Create

Turn a year into a book.

Choose a person and a stretch of time, and Grafiora lays their memories out as a book: a cover, chapters, the photos with their stories and milestones, in a look you pick. The whole family can open it in the app.

The book is alive. Correct a date, add a story, mend a typo, and the book reads the memories as they are now.

Preserve

Kept privately, and kept.

When a book is worth keeping as it is, Grafiora preserves an edition of it as a PDF to keep or send, and that edition never changes afterwards.

Photos, videos and books live in private storage and are reached only through short-lived links the app requests. A deleted memory waits thirty days before it is gone for good. Your memories are not used to train anything.

Private by design, from the first memory.

Everything above happens inside a family only its members can see.
